Shipping policy

God's Lane offers standard shipping options to both domestic and international destinations.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 hours to update.

Keep in mind that we are not responsible for import/duty costs if you live outside of the USA.

STANDARD PROCESSING TIME:
Please allow 2-4 business days handling time in addition to the shipping times while we get your order ready to be shipped.

STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES:
All shipping times are estimated to be 4-15 business days, however, may ship sooner.

FAILED DELIVERY/RETURNED TO SENDER:
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (God's Lane) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

DAMAGED/OPENED BOX:
If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order.
