Refund policy

OUR PROMISE:
We want you to shop with confidence and be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! 

If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please email us a summary of mistake or defect (with supporting images) at info@godslane.com and we’ll make things right. These must be reported within 7 days of delivery

REFUNDS:
We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery (via the tracking number provided to you).

Items must be in new condition (unworn/washed), in original packaging, tags intact, and be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, etc.

  • Include your order # and proof of purchase (receipt)

  • Indicate your selection of resolution: store credit, a different product of equal/lesser value, or original method of payment. 

Non-refundable items include:

  • Gift Cards

  • Final Sale Items

PROCESSING:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, as well as an approval or rejection of your refund. We incur a $6 handling fee on all refunds.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied via your indicated selection of resolution (see above under "refunds").

SHIPPING:
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You are responsible for shipping charges for your return.

We encourage you to purchase a tracking number before you send in your returned item. God's Lane is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 business days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at info@godslane.com.
